Budding Artist Exhibit & competition

Budding Artist is an art exhibit and competition in honor of Sara St. George who lost her battle with breast cancer in 2017.

She was a resident of Norwich and a beloved teacher at Wequonnoc School, where she was twice honored as teacher of the year.

We hope her students continue to submit art in her honor for generations to come.

The Budding Artist Exhibit & Competition is open to budding artists of all ages:

0-7, 8-10, 11-15, 16-17, 18+

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be awarded in each age category.
