We are a 100% volunteer operated group of local citizens formed in 2017.
We work within Fractured Atlas's Fiscal Sponsorship program allowing us to
spend our time on creating community-driven cultural enhancements to
engage thousands and impact thousands more.
WHAT IS ROSE ARTS?
In 2017, the Rose Arts Festival was re-launched, inspired by the festival’s passionate history, along with the belief that
creativity can invigorate and empower a community.
Rose Arts is a call to the community to celebrate Norwich today and tomorrow.
Thousands band together in the form of patrons, partners, and volunteers
to answer the call, and the beloved festival has returned, full of love,
ready to grow.
Rose Arts is a movement using interaction, community involvement, emerging music, and public art to motivate, with deep roots in the Rose of New England—Norwich, Connecticut.
